Lots to update!
Here is Payton talking on the phone and drinking at the same time (wonder where she gets that!!) Kind of cute. She is usually "calling" Papa Ed, Daddy, or Grandma Sue and telling them all about what she sees in front of her....
Saturday 6/27 was our gypcrete pour. Here is the pile of sand that will be mixed with a "thermafloor" mix and some water. What you are looking at is the mixer (it had two barrels to mix into and pump out of) The gypcrete guy had his "weekend" crew with him...that consisted of his wife and son - and a couple other workers. Kind of reminded me of my childhood when we were my dad's "weekend" crew!! Fun times!!
They put David to work with Dave....shoveling sand into buckets for the mix.

Here is what the gypcrete looks like coming out of the hose. Kind of watery.

Check out the shoes....these are special gypcrete shoes....so he can level the stuff while walking in it!

Here is looking at our kitchen island through our dining room area

Friday 6/26 - David and a small crew poured the slab and sonotubes for our entry deck. We will be building the rest of it the weekend of the 4th.

Thursday 6/25 - WE HAVE WATER!!
We had the plumber up to the house to hook up our pressure tank...so that they could have water for the gypcrete pour. It was fun - and kind of nerve racking to make sure we still had water - the well was drilled two years ago!!
Payton and David with our water!
