Sorry to those who have been waiting for an update...I have four or five new ones below this one...please enjoy!
Here is a good portion of our exposed timber posts already milled. These will all be visible in the greatroom as the roof trusses.
Our family friend - Gary - who helped with the logging operation, is doing the milling for us. He is going to build the trusses as well - which will take some jigs and fixtures...because I am picky and don't want to see the hardware...it will all be internal.
